The midsole features a dual-layer foam with FF BLAST™ MAX and FF TURBO²™ cushioning to create a lightweight, springy and advanced cushioning experience. The ASTROPLATE™ provides propulsion and depending on pace and running style is perfect for competition or to adapt to the hardness of the plate in more intense training. The reason for this is to run even more dynamically in shoes with a carbon plate during competition.
