Solid is the bar from Maurten - a ready-to-hand energy supplier for in between: on the way to the pool, the track or the race, as a snack on the trail or on the way home from training. Energy refueling made easy.

Solid 160 contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, the same amount as Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160.

Before: Eat Solid 160 before training to fill up on carbohydrates and keep your fiber low. The bars are great as a pre-race breakfast or as a snack in the days leading up to a big goal.

During: Solid is ideal as a source of energy during low to medium intensity endurance sessions lasting two hours. The bar provides variety without affecting the rate of carbohydrate intake.
