Amacx Malto Dextrin is a supplement that you can add to your favorite sports nutrition. This supplement is made from 100% pure maltodextrin and provides 30g of carbohydrates per dose (30g). The powder is tasteless.

Make your own sports drink with Malto Dextrin and take it before, during or after exercise.

Use as a sports drink: Stir 30 g into 500 ml or 750 ml of water. Add a flavoring if required, e.g. lemonade or syrup. Add a portion of Malto Dextrin to your protein shake and drink it within 45 minutes after training.

As carbo-loading:
2-3 days before the race: 2 portions (2×30g)
1 day before the race: 3 to 4 portions
On the day of the competition 2-3 hours before the start: 2 portions
