Drink Gel

A ready-to-use sports gel to which water has already been added. This gel contains several carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). Available in various fresh flavors.

This drinkable gel is ready to use and can be consumed without water. Take the drinking gel just before or during an intensive sports session.

NOTE: High caffeine content 125mg/100ml (75mg/60ml) in cola flavor. This food supplement is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Drinking gel is mainly used when eating a bar is not possible (e.g. due to a high heart rate), such as when running. It can also be used in field hockey, e.g. during rest or transition phases. In cycling, it is often used at the end of a heavy workout and/or during periods of elevated heart rate, such as mountain climbing.

Recommended intake: 1-3 gels per hour. The use depends on the personal carbohydrate requirement.
