In principle, there is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. However, we grant you a voluntary right to return goods within 14 days of completing your order.

Please note that costs may be incurred if the original packaging of the item is opened, as we can no longer sell this at the original price. Returns of used items can be considered as a gesture of goodwill, but cannot be guaranteed.
