Turbo Ice Gel

The Amacx Turbo Ice Gel is a gel that you freeze and consume as a frozen energy source that resembles an ice cream cone. This gel helps to lower the body's core temperature while providing 40 grams of carbohydrates. Each gel contains 200 mg of sodium to support fluid absorption. Turbo Ice Gel is available in Cola Lime flavor.

The turbo ice gel is used during training to cool your body from the inside. To do this, you must first place the gel in the freezer so that it can freeze properly. Once you have taken it out of the freezer, you can use it as a popsicle

Recommended use: Take 1-3 gels per training session. Use depends on your personal carbohydrate requirements and/or how much you want to cool your body from the inside out.
