Pull Buoy

The Zoggs Pull Buoy is designed to isolate the upper body and improve upper body strength and arm technique. The ergonomic design sits comfortably between your thighs to lock your legs in place. However, it is also held between your ankles, resulting in a more challenging workout for your upper body and torso as you try to keep your body straight while swimming. The Pull Buoy is best used with hand paddles to further improve upper body strength and stroke technique.
