The Amacx Isotonic Energy Drink helps to replenish fuel stores during a long workout. This drink contains both glucose and fructose (2:1 ratio). Thanks to this balance, your body can absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. In products without this ratio, the body can absorb up to 60 grams per hour. This sports drink contains sodium and magnesium as additives, which also directly support the fluid balance. Available in lemon and forest fruit flavors.

We recommend using this sports drink when you are pushing your body hard. This is especially the case if you are exercising for more than 2 hours.

The energy drink can be taken before, during or after training.

Recommended dose: Mix 31 g powder (2 level measuring spoons) with 500 ml water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates. Drink 1 bidon per hour during sport. Use according to your personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.
