Lemon, Cola-Orange, Peach and Grapefruit flavors: Take 1-3 sachets per hour as needed during moderate to intense exercise.

Lemon + Caffeine and Cola-Orange + Caffeine flavors: Take 1 sachet per day
during intensive sporting activity. Increased caffeine content (200 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
