The Amacx Energy Ice Gel Lemon Lime is a gel that you can freeze and consume as a frozen source of energy. It resembles an ice cream cone. This gel helps lower core body temperature while providing 30 grams of carbohydrates. Each gel contains 200 mg of sodium to support hydration.

The ice gel is used during training to cool your body from the inside. To do this, you must first place the gel in the freezer so that it can freeze properly. Once you have taken it out of the freezer, you can use it as a popsicle

Recommended use: Take 1-3 gels per training session. Use depends on your personal carbohydrate requirements and/or how much you want to cool your body from the inside out.
